Consultants Copilot
A live answer screen for experts on expert-network calls. When the client asks a question, an answer you can read aloud appears on your screen, built from your own screening answers and background.
The first release is coming soon.
Free during early access, then 5 free calls and 2 more every month. Unlimited is $39 a month. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. No account. Audio is never recorded and never leaves your laptop.
From your screening answer
We moved all twelve funds to one administrator in about nine months. The data clean-up took longer than the move itself.
General knowledge, not verified
My read is that mid-size funds pay somewhere around three to seven basis points, depending on complexity.
How it works
- Before the call, paste the client's brief and the screening answers you submitted.
- During the call, it transcribes both sides on your laptop. When the client finishes a question, an answer appears.
- Every answer shows what it rests on: your own material, or general knowledge marked not verified. Nothing contradicts your screening answers.
What you need
- A Windows laptop with 8 GB of memory, plugged in during calls.
- A headset, and Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or another call app.
- A free Gemini key from Google AI Studio. The app asks for it when it first starts.
Before your first real call
- Check your expert network's terms. Some do not allow assistant tools on their calls.
- Tell the client a tool is transcribing the call, and go ahead only if they agree.
- Practise on a call with a friend first.
Privacy
Audio stays on your laptop. Only text is sent, to Google's Gemini with your own key. On Gemini's free tier Google may use that text to improve its products. To count free calls, our server sees only a scrambled laptop ID and when calls start, never anything said.
